Everything was exceptional at this typical business hotel. Staff were eager to help and were very kind when I arrived. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The pool was brilliant and the garden - nice. Good value considering prices in Chester.

i have had a very lovely experience, this absolutely charming, spotless hotel deserves more than 3 stars. the beds were big, i slept well. the place was quite a walk from chester downtown. plus it was in a very attractive area.

Perfect location, great bed, fast check-in & attentive staff. We got a freshly decorated standard room. The breakfast was extensive especially fresh bread, cereals, pastries, scrambled eggs and cheese they served were excellant. It was based near a magnificent beach. Late check out too.
